Other Educational Opportunities Monthly Art Salon group discussion: On the fourth Friday of every month there is an informal gathering of people from all walks of life, including some who are local artists, writers, musicians, teachers, carpenters and accountants. We meet in Gallery 113 one evening of every month, partly to increase our knowledge and partly to have fun, through conversation, readings, or exhibitions on a specific subject related to art, culture and other current events. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own philosophies to share. Members typically provide wine for blind tasting or small appetizers. Monthly Art Critiques: Call or check the calendar for event times. Model Study Sessions: See calendar for times and dates. Art Demonstrations: Artists demonstrate their methods of creating art in various media. Group Excursions: Small groups of persons interested in viewing art exhibitions meet at Gallery 113 and carpool to various venues.
